Power Platform COE Engineer

TrueTandem is looking for a Power Platform Governance/ COE Engineer who has strong cloud skills in Power Platform to help our customers speed up their modernization and migration to Microsoft Cloud. This role will work with our strategic customers to help them imagine, plan and create innovative solutions to connect communicate and collaborate using the Microsoft Cloud. Also, this role will spearhead the effort to improve and develop Center of Excellence expertise across Microsoft Power Platform and D365 Business Applications.

Responsibilities:

· Listen to customer needs and obstacles and suggest the best and most efficient technology solutions using Microsoft Business Apps stack. Create POC s and Minimal Viable Product MVP to show the business value of Power Apps and Power Automate

· Develop and deliver Power Platform based solutions that automate customer business processes according to customer specific needs

· Set up manage and run Power Platform COE for our customers to support citizen development

· Work closely with global Microsoft Alliance team create new offerings for the market for Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace

· Cooperate with business development and infrastructure teams

· Help with Pre-Sales proposals response with cloud native solution architectures estimates and optimal delivery models.

· Provide thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions including Power Platform, D365 Business Applications Microsoft Viva, Azure etc.

· Lead customer workshops presentations and hackathons working together with account and sales team

· Find and develop solution accelerators reusable components and frameworks to offer differentiated value proposition.

Required Skills:

· Solid knowledge of the market trends and value proposition of low code to no code solutions

· Practical experience in creating applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages

· Experience in setting up and managing Power Platform Center of Excellence COE and platform governance

· Understanding of other business applications solutions and their ecosystems

· Practical development experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, Dataverse, etc.

· Knowledge of ALM Azure DevOps CI CD and Automation in relation to Power Platform

· Knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities will be beneficial

· Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform Azure and or Dynamics 365

· Presentation skills with a high level of confidence with technical and executive audiences

· Experience in enhancing and customizing the Microsoft Power Plaftorm CoE Starter Kit is a plus
