Power Platform (Contractor)

XAM Consulting is a high-growth company, and we have an opportunity for a Senior Consultant. This is a great opportunity to work with the latest technologies, including Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio in the application innovation space. Reporting to our Technical Director, your primary objective will be to work as a Senior Consultant on one or more projects simultaneously, ensuring client satisfaction. 

This will mean solving complex problems, designing solution architectures, mentoring the team, setting an example, implementing software best practices, and being the go-to technical person for your projects.

Communication skills are a must; we need people who are both technical masters and can communicate clearly to customers, obtaining their trust. 

As a Senior Consultant, you will be tasked with the following: 

• Development of solutions using Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio 
• Enterprise-level software development on projects (lead by example) 
• Document and implement estimating processes for multiple types of projects and customers 
• Take overall ownership of project delivery from a technical perspective 
• Conduct code reviews 
• Refactor and modernise apps 

You are someone with experience in: 

• In-depth understanding of Power Platform solutions 
• Knowledge and practical experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio 
• Experience with Microsoft Azure 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude 

Nice to have: 

• Experience leading software development teams 
• Experience helping others improve 
• Practical experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies 
• Understanding of security in Azure and Power Platform
• Commercial experience building and deploying applications using Power Platform and Azure services
