Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 5+ years related experience
• Experience developing custom applications within Microsoft PowerApps including canvas, model-driven, and portal applications driven from both inherent and disparate data sources
• Experience developing complex analytical reports in Power BI utilizing data from multiple sources including SharePoint, SQL Server and other relational databases, flat files, API/internet sources
• Experience/Proficiency in creating, configuring, and maintaining custom connectors for use with PowerApps and Power Automate services
• Experience/Proficiency in creating, augmenting, and maintaining application within Microsoft 365 Dynamics
• Strong understanding of or hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Server / Azure SQL
• Solid understanding of data types with respect to integration among various sources, as well as data integration between various database types
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
• Familiarity with integration between the Power Platform services such as embedding Power BI Reports within PowerApps solutions, triggering Power Automate flows from Power Apps solutions or Power BI dashboards, and embedding Power Apps visuals within Power BI reports
• Experience/proficiency with conducting educational seminars on the foundations of Power Platform and its integration throughout the Microsoft suite of products, including the development, design, and production of a quarterly webinar centered on engaging client interest in customization and Power Platform capabilities.
• Proficiency with Project Management skills including monitoring budget to actual metrics, scope/out of scope boundaries, scheduling, and management of time.
• Understanding and implementation of entire development process, including design, specification, documentation, and quality assurance
• Highly analytical and creative, with the ability to simplify complex design/functionality concepts to convey ideas to a non-technical audience in order to provide development solutions, support, and training to internal and external users in the use of Power Platform components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong documentation skills for ongoing support and portability
• Ability to manage a large and shifting workload with frequent priority adjustments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as within a team
• Exceptional time management skills including the recording of time on a daily basis.

Qualifications Preferred (not required):

• Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
• Experience working in a Managed Services Provider environment highly desired
• SQL Certification
• Azure DevOps experience, training, or certification
• Power Platform certification(s)
• Experience with back-end customization of SalesForce
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage
• CoPilot/AI integration within the Microsoft suite of products

Typical Work

As a Power Platform Developer, you will create solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI), Microsoft Office 365 Applications (e.g. SharePoint, Excel, Access), and other modular applications utilizing database and cloud platforms as required (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, SalesForce, etc.) to provide customized applications and automation, as well as improve and streamline data capture, analysis and reporting capabilities both for Endsight and our clients. Working with Endsight you will be expected to work both with autonomy and as part of a team to help create a development product service offering for Endsight's client base. The person in this role will be expected to engage in development activities to assist our internal staff in achieving company approved objectives. Working as part of the Endsight DevOps team includes:

• Helping to grow and expand Endsight's development service offering by providing custom application and reporting packages to clients
• Providing assistance as needed with internal SQL reporting and platform integration requests
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements, guide the solution outcome based on your knowledge and experience to meet the given requirements, coaching, and managing end user expectations.
