Power Platform Developer

Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Power Platform Developer. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that benefit our country.

Planet is looking for exceptional Power Platform Developers to work directly with clients and functional leads to propose designs, develop prototypes and proofs of concept, and build solutions for client business processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform system configurations, defining fields, views, and forms to meet the defined requirements. Demonstrate application features to the client and gather feedback through our sprint agile methodology.
• Develop solutions- Model Driven and Canvas Apps, integrations, and/or Power BI. Work with partners as necessary to integrate systems and data quickly and effectively, regardless of technical challenges or business environments.
•  Work with clients to understand task workflow, data and visualization. 

Skills Required

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform, with fluency in the following applications and components 
• Prior experience with business data analysis, data structuring, and data manipulation including: Power BI, Data visualization, Data transformation, Publication of Power BI reports, Data flows, Data movement, Backing up data 
• Management of data in cloud-based platforms, Creation of tables, Creation of relationships, Building views and forms (Power Pages) 
• Power Apps design, development, and deployment of Canvas applications, and deployment of Model-driven applications 
• Power Automate, Workflows, Automated tasks, Dataverse
