Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Power Platform Developer opportunity available based in Doral, FL. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance.

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer with a strong background in SharePoint to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies. As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Power Apps and integrating them with SharePoint to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

• Design scalable and maintainable Power App, Power Automate solutions.
• Power App Development: Design, develop, and customize Power Apps to meet specific business requirements.
• Power App Development: Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for Power Apps.
• Power App Development: Implement data connections, workflows, and automation within Power Apps.
• SharePoint Integration: Integrate Power Apps seamlessly with SharePoint to leverage data and document management capabilities.
• SharePoint Integration: Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and custom solutions to support Power Apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing of Power Apps and SharePoint solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Address and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Power Apps, SharePoint, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Recommend and implement best practices to enhance the use of Power Apps and SharePoint within the organization.

Required QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with Dataverse/Dynamics 365 development OR experience developing SQL Server databases and associated web applications (.NET preferred).
• Proven experience in Power App development with a strong understanding of Power Apps concepts.
• Extensive experience working with SharePoint, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and its integration capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Apps and SharePoint are a plus.
• Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced Power Apps/Canvas Apps engineers to develop model-driven apps in support of CCJ6 processes and USCENTCOM processes.
• Developers should have experience in working in a team environment using Agile processes, experience collaborating with a customer to transform existing manual processes into automated, model-driven Power Apps applications, experience working with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to develop data pipelines from Dataverse databases into enterprise data environments.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• In some occasions, overnight travel may be required.

Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. Office setting:

• Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
• Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
• May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
