What you will do:

* Drive the design of application and technical architecture components based on business requirements
* Ensure configurations and custom components align with project goals and performance criteria
* Lead and participate in quality management reviews to meet and exceed application design standards
* Work on document technical and operational procedures for end-users and systems

* Manage and mentor cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Skills and experiences

* Proficient in application development and testing with Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft BizApps and Office 365 ecosystem.
* Current with Microsoft product knowledge and industry trends
* Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively
* Proven ability to collaborate with global and offshore teams
* Skilled in application lifecycle management and agile methodologies
* Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Programming experience in Javascript/C#/Python

* You have extensive technical / functional architecture experience and have worked with Power Platform applications and DevOps
* You have 5+ years' experience working with multiple clients, end to end implementation and managing complex deliverables
* You are committed to lasting client relationships and enjoy managing a portfolio of clients.
* You enjoy mentoring junior colleagues
* Consultative and collaborative approach
* Resilient and adaptable to change
* Intellectually curious about technology
* Skilled in storytelling and content creation
