We're looking for a highly motivated Semiconductor Testing & Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge semiconductor products. You'll leverage your expertise in power electronics and testing to develop test plans, conduct rigorous evaluations, and provide exceptional technical support to our customers.

How you will make an impact

• Develop comprehensive test specifications for verifying and qualifying power semiconductor components
• Plan, execute, and analyze verification and qualification tests, ensuring product adherence to the highest standards
• Create detailed test reports documenting test procedures, results, and insightful conclusions
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and application requirements
• Conduct specialized measurements based on customer requests, fostering strong relationships
• Occasionally provide technical sales support, guiding customers on product usage and troubleshooting effectively
• Conduct re-qualifications to maintain ongoing product quality and reliability
• Partner with production teams to resolve any product-related issues efficiently

Your Background

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor testing
• Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and executing effective test plans
• Have extensive experience in conducting rigorous verification and qualification tests
• Possess excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Be fluent in German is a strong advantage
• Demonstrate excellent social skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Show initiative and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
