As a PowerApps Developer you will have a primary focus on developing PowerApps canvas and model driven apps and build Enterprise-level mobile solutions utilizing best practices within Power Platform community. As a PowerApps Developer youโll be asked to interpret and design database models (MYSWL SQL Server etc.) address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps and integrate Power BI reports and dashboards into PowerApps. As a PowerApps Developer you will understand PowerApps formulas and development methods possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and understand how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.
HOW A POWERAPPS DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
โ Develop PowerApps canvas and model driven apps.
โ Build Enterprise-level mobile solutions utilizing best practices within Power Platform Community.
โ Use multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Flow and preferably create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Flow.
โ Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions.
โ Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
โ Interpret and design database models (MYSQL SQL Server etc.).
โ Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.
โ Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps.
โ Satisfy requirements meet agreed completion dates and perform unit & integration testing.
โ Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers team leads and team members.
โ Support cross-functional project teams consisting of app development IT operations and information security.
โ Knowledge of PowerApps and Flow licensing plans and features included in different plans.
โ Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods to develop canvas and model driven apps.
โ Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines.
โ Proficient working in Agile project methodologies.
โ Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.
โ Knowledgeable on installing and configuring data gateways.
โ Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
โ Multi-task effectively between projects.
WHAT YOUโLL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education :
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
- Training and/or certification for PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer
- Training and/or certification for Microsoft Flow
Required Experience :
- 5+ yearsโ experience developing canvas and model driven PowerApps with a nice UX interface
- 5+ yearsโ experience creating Forms and Flows that move data from Forms to Azure DevOps
- 5+ yearsโ experience with Common Data Service
Required Technical Skills :
- Demonstrated experience developing solutions that span multiple Office365 services (e.g. SharePoint Outlook Graph API One Note One Drive etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps Azure Logic apps Azure Functions and REST services
- Demonstrated experience migrating business processes (InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows) to PowerApps and Flow Ability to multi-task and effectively support competing prioritize
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile methodology and self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated SQL experience is desired
Security Clearance Level :
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.
- This position has a U.S. residency requirement.ย The USPS security clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows:ย U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions). Non-U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 90 days consecutively in the last 3 years.

The likely salary range for this position is $118350 - $160120. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
