PowerBI Analyst/Developer (Remote-US)
Job Description
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for supporting the development and ongoing delivery of EPM Suite training, EPM report development and optimization, Workday training, and PowerBI report development and training.
Essential Job Functions
- Supports the development of PowerBI reporting for various workstreams and mentors staff to ensure produced reports are of quality.
- Leads training related to EPM, PowerBI and Workday technologies.
- Maintains existing and develops new reports within the PowerBI Suite.
- Reviews reports developed by staff and external consultants (EPM and PowerBI) to ensure Bon Secours Mercy Health standards are met.
- Recommends and implements areas for improvement based on user feedback.
- Assists with and delegates data validation efforts between various related systems to ensure accuracy.
- Assists with and delegates general end user support questions for EMP and PowerBI products.
- Develops, records, edits, and posts both live and scripted EPM and PowerBI training videos which address various topics for users ranging from staff to CFO.

Licensing/Certification
Camtasia certification (preferred)
PowerBI certification (preferred)
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Information Technology (required)
Work Experience
3 years' experience working with Hyperion EPM Reporting Tools (required)
1 year experience developing reports in PowerBI (preferred)
