PowerBI And Azure Data Factory Engineer

Infosys is seeking a PowerBI And Azure Data Factory Engineer. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Concord, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and develop data models that support Power BI reports and dashboards that provide insightful and actionable business intelligence.
• At least 3 years of experience in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database.
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL and experience with database management in an Azure environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL Server database systems including complex warehouse design, experience with designing ETL extracts from various data sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Create source to target mappings using business rules to transform data and create visualization reports
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards to visualize the important business KPIs
• Trend charts, Geo maps, Donut charts, Bubble charts, Heatmaps, etc
• Experience with data maintenance, data preparation, data cleansing and data transformation activities
• Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks
• Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
