PowerBI Data Scientist

The PowerBI Data Scientist role will support the development, execution, and maintenance of fact-based reporting and analysis across the company. This role will be a core team member to drive the data and analytic agenda and oversee continuous improvements in reporting / BI, automation, third party data, etc. in order to support the organization with insights to produce improved results.

This role is offering a base salary in the range of $78,000-$85,000, depending on experience. There is the potential to earn up to an additional 10% annually in bonus. Our benefits start on the 1st of the month after the start date and include unlimited PTO, up to a 3% match on 401K contributions, paid parental leave, and a robust health benefits package.

Here's an idea of some of the things you'll do:

• Provide reporting and analytics to support tracking of KPI's, business trends, returns and losses, marketing campaign performance, and customer evaluation.
• Manage dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights to stakeholders and work to ensure utilization and adoption of reporting by these stakeholders.
• Work with leaders to establish appropriate KPI's and ROI calculations for marketing campaigns to determine efficiency and effectiveness, provide optimization recommendations, and influence marketing campaign planning.

Here's an idea of the skills and experience you'll need to be considered:

• Extensive knowledge of PowerBI
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge and ability to use programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.
• Comfortable using Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate analyses into easily digestible content for executive management consumption. Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
