PowerBI Developer with French

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Create maintain and optimize data models within Power BI.
• Develop complex DAX measures and calculations to support data analysis and reporting needs.
• Utilize Power Query for data transformation and ETL processes.
• Design and build user-friendly visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements.
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources including SQL databases Excel and cloud-based services.
• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI to ensure data security.
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Extensive experience in DAX and data modeling (including understanding of dimensional modeling principles).
• Proficient in Power Query for data transformation and ETL processes.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server Oracle).
• Experience with Power BI service (publishing managing workspaces data refreshes).
• Knowledge of Power BI integration with xmla external tools and DAX optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as SSRS Tableau or QlikView is a plus.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g. PL-300) is a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good French/Basic French + 1 year experience with SSRS or Power BI Paginated Reports
• Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g. Azure SQL Database Azure Data Factory Azure Synapse).
• Knowledge of Fabric concepts.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
