About the role:
We are seeking a PowerBI Platform Expert to join our team, focusing exclusively on the development, management, and optimization of our PowerBI solutions. In this role, you will work with teams across the organization to create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. While your primary focus will be PowerBI, familiarity with other areas of PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data analytics who is looking to further develop their expertise in the PowerBI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights and support business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all PowerBI solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize the performance of PowerBI reports and dashboards, ensuring fast and efficient access to data.
• Support the integration of PowerBI with other data sources and systems as needed.
• Keep up to date with the latest PowerBI features and best practices, implementing them where appropriate.
• Provide technical support to teams using PowerBI, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Assist in the governance and management of PowerBI workspaces across the organization.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong 6+ yrs experience in PowerBI development, including creating reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query for data transformation and calculations.
• Familiarity with PowerPlatform tools (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) is a plus, but not required.
• Good understanding of database concepts, with experience connecting PowerBI to various data sources.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• A proactive mindset with a strong interest in improving data analytics capabilities across the organization.

Location & Work Environment:
This role is based in Hyderabad, India with a hybrid working model, offering a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility.
