ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented PPBE Subject Matter Expert to join our team Remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage personal expertise to gather and shape customer requirements that will inform solution development. Facilitate communication between customer stakeholders and developers to ensure understanding between both communities.
- Design and implement digital transformation strategies that meet customer requirements and provide exceptional value to the taxpayer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between requirements gathering, development, testing, and training teammates.
- Conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholders to help shape and implement change management efforts.
- Develop and deliver communications that clearly articulate program information to various stakeholders.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Provide direct support and coaching to managers ranging from first-line supervisors through senior executives as they help their teams through transitions.
- Integrate requirements development processes into the project plan and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness and manage stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to the refinement of methodologies.
- Support the Change Control processes and Review Boards to ensure appropriate categorization and disposition of all requested changes.
- Reconcile conflicts; decompose high-level information into the appropriate level of detail for team members; and participate in peer reviews of requirements documentation.
- Collaborate with software development / configuration, test, and management team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- 12 years’ experience in DoD PPBE or relevant field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics/Analysis, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One or more of the following certifications: Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), DoD Financial Management Certification, Level III, Certified Acquisition Professional, Business (BCF) Level III.
- Proven experience as a thought leader in DoD PPBE with a track record of developing and promulgating transformation solutions in various organizations.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Excellent organizational skills and a natural leader.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance
The projected compensation range for this position is $166,700-$286,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
