Summary of Position
RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for a talented PPC account manager to work in our fun, fast-paced North Phoenix office.
This position manages a portfolio of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) accounts, which includes, new account creation, daily optimization, landing page generation and content updates, budgeting, monitoring and communicating campaign progress back to management, and is responsible for remaining current on new strategies, techniques, and processes that can improve company SEM campaigns.
We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, positive, analytical, demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, and can take ownership of campaign performance. This position requires a high level of organization, multitasking, and the ability to work in teams and individually.
Position Responsibilities
- Create spend plans and proposals for potential clients
- Work with the design and development teams for landing page generation
- Landing pages edits and updates
- Campaign optimization
- Manage monthly PPC budgets
- Analyze and report recommendations for improvement to account managers and management
- Develop and implement new campaign strategies
- Strategize ways to improve campaign performance
- Consult with SEO account managers to synchronize efforts
- Coordinate fulfillment of campaign requirements with other respective departments
- Stay current on the latest SEM trends
- 3+ years of SEM account management experience executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing with a proven ability to improve KPIs.
- Extensive experience using automated bid strategies
- Google AdWords certified
- Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets experience
- Minimum of five years experience in an office setting
- Strong grammatical skills
- A good sense of humor. We like to laugh and have fun!

- 5+ years of SEM account management experience

- Google Analytics Certified

The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
