Reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing, the ideal candidate for this role will work closely with internal business partners across the organization to drive efficient growth. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and manage some of our key digital marketing channels.Â
In this role, you will:Â
- Be a champion of PPC acquisition and constantly develop ideas to drive ongoing optimization.
- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing and other search engine platforms.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
- Test creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
- Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.
- Manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
- Work with analytics to generate and review weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
Key Position RequirementsÂ
- 5-7 years’ experience in Paid Search (PPC) – other digital channels a plus
- Demonstrated innovation to drive performance and growth.
- Experience with Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, LinkedIn Advertising, etc).
- Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC.
- Ability to work independently while interacting with multiple business teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Google Ads / Bing certification a plus.
Not Required, But Nice to Have:Â
- Experience in financial services is a plus, but is not required
- Chicago location ideal, but remote is available for the right candidate.
