The Role

We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager to take ownership and run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets.

In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM). You should also be analytical and good with numbers.

Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)

How you can make an impact:• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.• Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals.• Provide oversight and manage new paid search and social media campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues• Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors• Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Requirements• 3 years of proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with multi-million dollar budgets• Experience in data analysis and reporting• Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Bing, TikTok) is necessary• Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)• Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus• Proficient in Excel• Analytical thinking with strong math skills• BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization methodologies
