Practice Highlights
• Join an established primary care clinic with 2 physicians and three APPs that is part of a Critical Access Hospital.
• Outpatient practice
• See 18-20 patients per day
• Visa support available; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required

Compensation Details:
•Income guarantee of at least $300,000 +wRVU production.
• Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
• Full suite of health & medical benefits
• Paid time off - 28 days
• CME stipend $3,000 + 5 days
• 403b retirement with 5% match
