In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students through one of the most critical phases of their academic journey—practicum placements. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will connect students, faculty, and placement sites to ensure a smooth and meaningful field training experience. You will work in a collaborative, remote environment that values flexibility, communication, and student success. Accountabilities:

  • Support students throughout their practicum placements by monitoring progress, hosting office hours, and providing guidance on placement-related matters
  • Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and practicum site supervisors to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Track practicum hours, review submissions, and identify potential issues or risks for escalation when needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including evaluations, reports, and communication logs
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries, resolving issues or redirecting them to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Assist with special requests such as placement changes, extensions, or terminations while ensuring compliance with program requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of practicum processes and support a positive, student-centered experience
  • Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
    • Relevant professional experience in education, clinical support, or program coordination
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of detailed and confidential information
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
    • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in sensitive or complex situations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and data management systems
    • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team
    • High level of adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to student success
