Position Description
The Pre-Arrival Specialist will partner with the Retreats booking team to ensure consistent communication regarding the retreat experience, help call center agents with clear answers to questions during the booking process, and proactively uncover new ways to increase sales.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Los Angeles based Retreats call-center team on the quality of sales scripts and continuously improve and evolve the scripts and processes
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Sensei services and philosophy in meetings with external partners
- Define and implement standard operating procedures for pre-arrival processes, including data entry
- Support the reservations team in the day to day operations and design and conduct ongoing training on the retreat offerings
- Proactively identify new opportunities to increase sales by introducing improved sales techniques, brand messaging, processes, pre-booking guest experience, etc.
- Act as a liaison between Retreats team and call center team
Qualifications
- Associates degree or greater is required; studies in hospitality or sales preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with external stakeholders
- Understanding of sales best practices
- 5+ years of experience with sales in the hospitality industry
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
