Pre-Hire Specialist (Remote Eligible/Entry Level) Summary:
The Pre-hire Specialist will execute and support a vast array of centralized operational processes and tasks related to Workday Pre-hire support including initiating and reviewing background checks, coordinating with Pre-hire stakeholders regarding candidate changes, and pre-employment verification and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute on and support a vast array of centralized operational TA business processes related to Workday. This may include:
Initiate and review assigned background checks
Escalate to Pre-hire Lead, and coordinate with stakeholders regarding changes in start date or candidate status
Responsible for assigned operational pre-hire onboarding communication and travel administration.
Complete assigned pre-employment verification and administrative tasks
Collaborate effectively within and outside the team to ensure integrated approach to the Talent experience
Communicate daily with Pre-hire Lead on productivity, quality & availability
Identify communication and operational issues arising during day-to-day administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency and customer service.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or HR System related function
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related degree
Ability to easily and effectively communicate complex information in a meaningful manner
Ability to work collaboratively with peers internally and external business partners
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
Ability to manage concurrent projects and/or programs
Ability to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize work and consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
Must be able to efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inquiries and respond in a timely manner
