The Role: As a Preplanning Sales Advisor with Envision Strategic Partners, you will play a vital role in guiding families through the process of pre-arranging their funeral services alongside Luyben Dilday Funeral Home. This is a high-impact role in a growing field: every day, more than 10,000 Baby Boomers reach retirement age, and demand for preneed services is rising. Ideal Qualifications: • Active Life Insurance License or willingness to attain license. • Self-motivated, with excellent time-management abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfort with coaching and mentorship from senior sales leaders. • Professional appearance and clothing/attire appropriate for funeral career. • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. • Criminal background check and credit history check required for licensing.
