Responsibilities:

• MUST TO HAVE : Excellent proposal writing skills, Customer presentation skills, technical skills on ServiceNow.
• GOOD TO HAVE : If no ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc. skills are also fine. ServiceNow CSM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD skills are added advantage.




•  Defining, designing, and implementing ServiceNow/ Salesforce solutions and ensuring they are aligned with business requirements.
• Working closely with clients to build CSM solutions on platforms such as ServiceNow that address their needs.
• Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow platform using scripts and application capabilities.
• implementation of CSM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
• Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective solutions and procedures that meet user requirements.
• Participating in all technical aspects of the program and solution delivery.
• Ensuring that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices.
• Effective upwards management to program lead and executives
• Contribute to business development activities including written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience with ServiceNow platform, or minimum 3 years with ServiceNow platform and additional years with similar products
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, development, customization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and data model.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow System Administration certification or other ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels.
• Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities beyond core modules highly desirable
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM is must
