Pre-Sales Solutions Architect
Job Description
Summary:
As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for crafting and presenting comprehensive solutions to meet our clients' specific needs. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and assist in closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology solutions and a proven track record of architecting and presenting complex solutions.

Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements, pain points, and objectives.
- Develop and present innovative and customized solution proposals that align with client needs.
- Act as the technical liaison between clients and our internal teams, translating technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase our solutions.
- Assist in the development of project estimates, timelines, and statements of work (SOWs).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather additional insights and refine proposed solutions.
- Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Requirements
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role, preferably in the consulting space
- Strong understanding of modern technologies including Azure and AWS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client pursuit activities simultaneously.

While performing the duties of this role the employee is required to maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients and colleagues. Frequent deep thinking and interactions with multiple stakeholders and clients. Ability to utilize knowledge and experience to problem solve, make quick decisions, and interpret proposals publicly or in group setting.

Benefits
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00, plus a commission structure. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.
