About the role:
K Health is seeking a Pre-Visit Specialist to support our clinicians. We’re looking for a thorough and organized collaborator who is keenly aware of detail and has a strong work ethic. This role requires high acuity and sensitivity. This person thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly learn new tasks, clearly communicate any concerns and pivot to new tracks of work. With a bias for execution, the ideal candidate has a dedicated passion for excellence in delivering the highest quality of care to the patients we serve. #LI-Remote
What you'll be doing:
- Manage an inbox of incoming and outgoing messages with patients to collect information needed prior to virtual healthcare visits
- Confirm sufficient and accurate information is collected before directing patients to join healthcare visits with medical providers
- Patient interaction to coordinate availability for rescheduling appointmentsÂ
- Calendar management for team of medical providers, including patient rescheduling for appointments
- Works efficiently with the clinical teams to ensure a smooth flow for the patient and team.
- Effectively provides back-up for other areas as needed.

- Experience with G-Suite and Slack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends

Shift 1: S-TH: 12AM-8AMÂ
Shift 2: S, M, F, SA: 9AM-8PM (S, M) 12AM-11AM (F, SA)
Shift 3: T, W, TH, F, SA: 3PM- 12AMÂ
Shift 4: S-TH: 3PM-12AM (S,M) 10AM-7PM (T, W, TH)
All shifts are in the Pacific Time Zone.Â
We offer competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise. Â
