Precision Welder

About the Role: We are seeking a skilledPrecision Welderwith strongTIG and MIG welding experiencefor immediate hire. The ideal candidate will have a proven background insheet metal weldingand working with materials such asgalvanized steel,carbon steel, andstainless steel. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented fabricator who can perform high-quality welds on small and complex components. Key Responsibilities: • Performprecision MIG and TIG weldingon thin-gauge materials • Weld various metals:sheet metal,galvanized steel,carbon steel,stainless steel • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols • Work to tight tolerances with minimal distortion • Maintain clean, structurally sound welds that require little to no rework • Operate tools and welding equipment with precision, including under magnification when needed • Follow all safety, quality, and shop procedures • Requirements: • 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience • Strong knowledge of working with thin materials and complex geometries • Familiarity withprecision welding in fabrication or manufacturing settings • Experience in weldinggalvanized steelandcarbon steelrequired • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) preferred but not required • Excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and good eyesight What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on skill and experience • Opportunities for overtime and long-term employment • Clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Job Type: Temporary Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Shift: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Day shift Work Location: In person
