You will provide excellent customer service to our patrons, engage appropriately, and present vehicles to them in an efficient and professional manner. Benefits: • Employee discount • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) • 401(k) matchingRequirements: Responsibilities: • Present, test drive, and provide vehicles to our clientele • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Quickly and efficiently respond and reach out to previous buyers and existing prospects • Meet monthly sales objectives with the assistance of management • Continuously improve through feedback Skills: • A strong focus on sales-based motivations and skills • Experience in preowned sales a plus, but not mandatory • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekend Availability Morning, Day, and Evening 8-hour Shifts
