What You’ll Be Working On:

As a Presales AI/ML Engineer at Neptune you'll be at the forefront of presenting our product capabilities to top AI research and ML teams globally. You'll work directly with engineers who are developing or fine-tuning the foundational models that will shape the future of AI. Your role will involve crafting compelling narratives about how Neptune can accelerate their work and help them get to their next big AI breakthrough.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical discovery process to align Neptune’s capabilities with the expectations and needs of AI/ML research teams.

• Conduct product demos for teams involved in training and fine-tuning foundational models.

• Lead architectural reviews and assessments to showcase Neptune’s compatibility and benefits.

• Guide the smooth integration of Neptune into customers' existing LLMOps stacks.

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption.

• Maintain meaningful relationships with technical influencers and champions within AI research teams both pre and post-sales.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Work closely with AI research teams to understand their needs and demonstrate how Neptune can meet and exceed their expectations.

• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices for integrating and utilizing Neptune in their workflows.

• Act as a peer for AI researchers and ML engineers using Neptune for training and fine-tuning models.

• Assist teams in maximizing the benefits of Neptune gathering feedback and discussing solutions with the product team.
