At Anaplan, we are looking for a motivating Presales COE Manager to help establish a Presales Center of Excellence team in Manila, Philippines.   A position with Anaplan’s Presales team means being part of one of the fastest growing cloud vendors and making your mark on a changing industry. In this Presales CoE Manager role, you will lead a team of COE Consultants to support Anaplan’s Presales organization throughout the globe.  Your team will primarily assist Presales Solution Consultants with custom demo preparation so that they can present the Anaplan platform effectively and drive sales.  You will also support internal projects to increase Presales productivity and scalability.  As a CoE Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your team’s deliverables and provide regular status updates on active projects to internal leadership. 

The ideal candidate will be a process-oriented leader with excellent communication skills who is ready to roll up their sleeves, jump in, and contribute.  We will rely on you to provide clarity of purpose, communicate that purpose effectively, and hold people accountable.   

What you’ll be doing:  

• Review incoming work requests from internal teams and assign work to CoE Consultants. 
• Identify resource needs, lead resource time allocation and hold team accountable to deadlines 
• Monitor project timeline and ensure breakthroughs are met 
• Handle issues and risk by clearly communicating, advancing as needed, and deploying risk mitigation strategies as appropriate 

• Ability to work on multiple, concurrent tasks and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines 
• Build on the Anaplan Platform alongside Presales CoE Consultants 
• Understand priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key breakthroughs 
• Handle expectations appropriately with the ability to handle through high-reaching situations with positive outcome 
• Hire, train, and develop Presales CoE Consultants 

• Coach and support professional growth of CoE Consultants 
• Develop standardized processes and procedures that to ensure effective, predictable and repeatable delivery 

You Have: 

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience within a Software/Technology-focused firm 

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience handling technical or services team 
• English language proficiency: TOEFL score of 80 or above 
• BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Technical Concentration. 
• Proven track record of growing and mentoring co-workers  
• Ability to understand software requirements and work to best translate those into a simple, usable, yet high value solutions 

• Ability to travel to the US for training and events as needed 

Bonus Points:  

• Experience in handling project, domain, or industry vertical team.  
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management consulting 

• Experience with building models in Anaplan
