Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and impactful product demonstrations, webinars, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to customers and prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI.
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers and prospects, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues.
• Design and propose customized solutions using Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI that meet the customer's specific business needs, technical requirements, and goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities and assist them in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Provide feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and product enhancement suggestions.
• Provide enablement trainings to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI, including its features, capabilities, use cases, and limitations.
• Proficient knowledge of DLP policies, procedures, and best practices within Microsoft Purview and M365 to ensure clients’ data is protected.
• Proficient in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, .NET, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to understand the customer's business context, pain points, and objectives, and translate them into effective solutions using Microsoft Copilot and AI.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team, product team, and other stakeholders, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Passionate about AI, coding, and innovation, and eager to learn new technologies and skills.
