Presales Consultant

Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Presales team in Northern Europe. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of fashion, retail or FMCG business processes. Preferably from a Product Design, Product Development, Garment Tech or Buying role.

About the Team

The Centric Presales Team are responsible for engagement with potential customers based the UK, Nordics and South Africa. The team are all home based in the UK or Nordics and report into the Head of Presales for Northern Europe. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

What you will be doing

• Working directly with prospective Customers to identify their business problems and pain points
• Configure the software and create data that best reflect the prospects requirements
• Contribute to writing RFPs and SOW
• Demonstrate the business benefits embedded in the software with enthusiasm
• Foster relationships to build trust with both Prospects and Customers
• Ongoing communication with existing Customers to keep them informed of new features and future growth opportunities

• Have an in-depth knowledge about the fashion, retail or FMCG industry processes
• Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles from administrative to c-suite
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Resourcefulness, adaptability and creative thinking

• Familiarity with PLM/PDM
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / CAD tools / Browzwear / CLO
• Familiarity with ERP
• Familiarity with writing expressions / site.xml
