Responsibilities
Rocket Code, a leading AI development company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Presales Engineer to join our team. As a Presales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. Your strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to e½ectively communicate complex ideas will be essential in showcasing the value and capabilities of our AI solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop customized AI solutions and proposals.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our AI solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable feedback and insights from the field to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
- Assist in preparing and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a presales engineering or similar technical sales role.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to e½ectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Experience in developing and delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
- Knowledge of sales processes and ability to support the sales team in closing deals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work e½ectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Excellent command of the English language.
