Job Brief:

Are you passionate about education and have a knack for understanding customer needs? We're looking for a driven Pre-Sales Solution Specialist to join our growing EdTech team! In this role, you'll be the bridge between our innovative educational products and the institutions that can benefit from them. You'll leverage your technical knowledge and communication skills to qualify leads, understand educator pain points, and craft compelling solutions.

As the Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct product demonstrations: Showcase our EdTech solutions through engaging demos, highlighting features and benefits that address specific educational goals.
  • Develop tailored proposals: Work with the sales team to create persuasive proposals that demonstrate how our products will solve specific problems and deliver value.
  • Technical expertise: Possess a strong understanding of educational technology and how it can be applied in various learning environments.
  • Communication is key: Clearly articulate complex information to educators and administrators, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
  • Be a team player: Collaborate effectively with the sales team, product developers, and customer success to ensure a seamless pre-sales experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or educational sales role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape.
  • Experience with creating proposals and RFPs in both English and Arabic. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Experience in the K-12 , higher education and LND markets.
  • Familiarity with specific learning management systems (LMS) and curriculum tools.
