Preschool Chinese Teacher

Bilingual preschool in the Lower East Side looking for a Chinese language teacher/teacher assistant. Candidate should beFluent in English/Mandarin Experience working with young children ages 2-5 preferred not mandatory. Should be patient and caring. Be able to assist lead teacher in implementing lessons exclusively inMandarin. Be able to work with the English language teacher to develop lessons that will meet goals in both languages. • Bachelors or Masters in Education or related field preferred but not required. • Fingerprinted and PETS cleared to work with DOE. • Salary commiserated by education and experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Language: • Mandarin (Required) Work Location: In person
