The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and delivering engaging lessons to students across various subjects and age groups. ## Responsibilities - Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards - Provide instruction in subjects such as fine and gross motor skills, literacy and social - Manage classroom activities and promote a positive learning atmosphere - Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly - Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and development ## Qualifications - Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and practices - CDA preferred - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus Join our team of dedicated educators and make a difference in the lives of students every day!
