As a Prescription Verification Specialist, you will be able to let your customer service skills shine. You will have the opportunity to contact doctors as well as customers to obtain contact lens prescriptions. You we be in charge of data entry for contact lens prescriptions that you receive. You will help guide our customers through the contact lens prescription verification process by communicating with them directly over the phone, through email or via text messages as needed. Your position will help provide the best customer service possible as you help customers complete their orders!

The Details:

• Start Date: May 13, 2024
• Training: Three weeks, M-F, 10 AM to 5 pm MST. Fourth week, your selected schedule (Training will be virtual and performed remotely and you will continue to work remotely after training. Ethernet connection required, all other equipment provided.)
• Full Time and part time positions available
• Shift: between 8AM-11PM
• One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Pay: $12 an hour (plus bonus potential)

Things You’ll Do:

• Verify contact lens prescriptions by processing inbound faxes from customers and eye care providers (data entry).
• Contact eye care providers to obtain prescriptions for our customers as needed
• Respond to Call Center agent emails as needed and offer exceptional customer service
• Advise customers regarding any order adjustments
• Interact directly with customers over the phone (as needed), through email or via text messages

Things You’ll Need:

• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Great typing/computer skills (at least 35 words per minute)
• Hustle and tireless work ethic
• Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined
• Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
• Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Know how to have fun and work hard
