Presentation Designer

This position supports our New Business and Communications team by creating the materials which serve as the agency’s first impression to potential clients, new business leads and our employees. The role will be responsible for designing and crafting pitch presentations, agency credentials, pitch experiences, RFPs (long-format responses), landing pages, internal communications and video production support. The position offers the possibility to expand the role based on your skills, passion and desire.

You will thrive in this position if you are a self-motivated, energetic, highly organized multi-tasker. You will, at times, be asked to travel and work weekends. You will be surrounded by hard-working people who will expect the same of you. You will also learn a ton, and have fun doing it. 

What you’ll bring to us:

• 1-3 years of professional or related experience
• Killer design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Photoshop in particular) and Apple Keynote are required
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing workload
• Passionate, positive, hard-working, resourceful and proactive attitude – a self-starter
• Ability to travel frequently and work weekends as necessary (we try to keep them to a minimum)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and meet tight/aggressive deadlines with different teams across offices
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Bonus points:

• Interactive Design
• Editing Skills (After Effects and/or Final Cut experience)
• Photography Skills
