Who are we looking for…
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our international Marketing Team! We’re an industry-based organization passionate about what we do and the interpretation of our culture and vision through our brand interactions. We’re looking for someone whose design journey and expertise has a strong base in presentation and proposal design, along with strong skills in project management. In this newly created role, we would be looking for someone that is excited by visual storytelling, has a high attention to detail and knack for templatization, doesn’t mind a bit of time pressure, and is passionate about using design to drive company culture, brand engagement, and commercial wins.
Role Overview
You will be joining a global Marketing Team that manages all facets of digital marketing, internal and external communications, lead generation, brand development, and multi-functional design – it’s a happening department and there is never a dull moment! You will be a much needed bridge between Sales and Marketing -- supporting in creating stunning customer presentations, putting together impactful customer proposals, as well as assisting with internal education decks. We guarantee that you will have your hands full!
What you will do
· Creating magnetic, eye-catching presentations used for executive presentations, sales enablement, corporate marketing and internal communications and education.
· Craft presentations for sales proposals and high-level client presentations.
· Craft training presentations and webinar slide decks
· Interpret and communicate marketing messages and complex data through well-crafted diagrams, visuals, and infographics.
· Design and produce impactful visuals that clearly explain Daniels’ offerings.
· Design, create, and share reusable presentation templates for company-wide use
· Assume ownership of each assigned presentation project, including liaising with stakeholders and tracking progress via our project management platform.
· Monitor and continually improve processes.
· Develop productive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
· Manage a large library of presentation and slide assets across all of our countries and brands with tight version-control
Candidate Profile
Experience
· 4+ years working in a commercial environment in a design role, specifically with experience in creating presentations in a fast-turnaround environment.
· Confidence in thinking outside the box to ensure successful user & client experience.
· Experience owning brand guidelines, upholding a company’s “look and feel” whilst applying creative innovation to each independent project.
· Track record of taking the ambiguous and transforming it into powerful storytelling through strong visuals.
· Experience with project management and managing project timelines (not only your own, but also of any stakeholders).
· Experience in managing and organizing a large library of assets.
· Experience in scoping & leading projects from start to finish.
Skills
· Loves design! Strong flair in ideation & innovation.
· High level of proficiency in the use of the Adobe Suite; particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Innate understanding of content hierarchy, and how to bring design flair to drive enhanced readability/concept-absorption
· A visual problem solver – you dissect complex information to simplify and abstract it for easier audience digestion
· Have the ability to self-manage your time and projects from initiation through to completion, in addition to managing any stakeholders in tandem, providing them clear timelines and deliverables
· Receptive and appreciative of feedback, and enjoys a collaborative environment
· Extremely strong organizational and time-management skills in workflow, deadline adherence and file organization is a must
