Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Create impressive presentations that help our team present their projects/tasks to clients for better impact
2. Closely work with BD and Delivery team for building new slides, editing regular deliveries and making it visually appealing with high quality standards
3. Brainstorming with teams to come with creative ways of presenting a thought/idea through strong visualization
4. Formatting existing or new slide presentations with defined quality standards

Qualifications

1. Strong expertise with Microsoft tools, specifically Power Point, and Creative Suites like Adobe and Graphic designing
2. Good communication skills
3. Attention to details, creativity mindset, and adhering to defined quality standards
4. Woking on a matrix structure

Additional Information

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics, operations research, pharma) and strong academic record with 10+ years of relevant work experience (required)
• Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) (highly preferred)
• Leadership experience in life sciences consulting with focus on data, technology and analytics including working with senior clients (required)
• Experience at a top global management consulting firm (preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of success in leadership, planning and execution of diverse engagements in life sciences or healthcare industry (required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems (required)
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills (required)
• Knowledge of key issues, trends and current developments in the pharmaceutical, medtech and healthcare industries (required)
• Expertise on commercial analytics solutions such as SFE, Market Analytics, Forecasting, Omnichannel, Patient analytics and RWE solutions (required)
