What we do:

As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $130 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $810 in non-discretionary assets as of June 30, 2024.

The Opportunity:

 If you have a passion for working with people rather than for people, we have an opportunity for a Presentation Specialist to join our Creative team. The Creative team creates best-in-class brand experiences, marketing literature, digital campaigns and multimedia productions to support the education of private markets and HL fundraising initiatives. The team supports our offices globally with their presentation, event and digital marketing needs.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Be a steward of Hamilton Lane PowerPoint guidelines and templates with continual focus on how presentation impacts the overall brand. We need a “big picture” thinker grounded in understanding our audiences
  • Develop standard layout slides and commonly-used slides for use by the firm.
  • Create of dynamic and thoughtful infographics. This will require data analysis, which you will grow at each day
  • Evaluate and improve graphs, charts and tables for slides and presentations
  • Liaise with internal teams throughout the creative process to gather necessary information
  • Design across print and screen-projected mediums
  • Proofread work and to follow clients’ formatting requirements
  • Work with product, relationship management and business development teams to determine best layouts for delivering our messaging and campaigns
  • Follow workflow and approval process to ensure quality control and consistency of information and brand across all Hamilton Lane’s marketing deliverables
     

Your background will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design.
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with content management systems is helpful, but not necessary.
  • Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint platform.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand frameworks/methodology.
  • Ability to think strategically while also having a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, execute, often with limited resources. Must be able to complete projects under tight deadlines.
  • Clear communication with our internal clients regarding specific job assignments
  • Understanding of asset management industry and Seismic is a definite plus.
  • Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate
