Job Description:
Arrow Studio is seeking a presentation specialist who will be responsible for the coordination and execution of executive presentations, supplier and sales marketing collateral, and custom client marketing projects/programs. The presentation specialist will ensure superior client experience and act as an extension of the Arrow team, ensuring all needs are met seamlessly.This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the numerous projects and clients they will be concurrently managing.
This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with C-Level executives, senior management, and cross-functional teams to understand their presentation needs, objectives, and key messages.
• Develop consistent and visually cohesive presentation templates, graphics, and branding elements that align with the company's overall brand guidelines.

• Utilize a variety of software tools, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant applications, to create high-quality presentations.
• Own delivery and execution of high priority deliverables, identify and mitigate obstacles, and communicate status (e.g., Executive Committee and Board of Director presentations, Supplier decks, Sales collateral)
• Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion and monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.
• Whether preparing for a critical Board of Directors presentation or assisting a department in developing slides for internal use, must be able to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics
• Collects all materials needed from client for the project to begin.

• Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Maintain project files and documents, content versions, final deliverables, and status updates in shared folders.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3 to 4 years in project management or account/client management
• Demonstrated highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communicator; able to communicate across multiple levels including executive leadership

• Has a positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$34.18 - $41.78
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
