Job Description Summary:

• Responsible for planning, directing and co-ordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing and assembly departments.
• Creates production shedule and staff requirements based on determined priorities.
• Daily and long-term production planning and management
• Translating customer requirements into production processes
• Setting and coordinating production schedules
• Coordinating and supporting teams
• Data collection and analysis
• Supporting shift supervisors in the execution of shift supervisor tasks
• Providing necessary materials and information
• Liaising with other departments
• Informing supervisors and managing workers
• Implementing and ensuring the implementation of standardised activities in the team
• Enforce and regularly monitor 5S/6S and Lean mindset, rules and regulations
• Coordinating and driving development
• Preventing unjustified use of materials
• Responsible for the enforcement of EHS, 5s rules, as well as compliance and enforcement of quality standards in own area

Expectations:

• University degree in engineering and/or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar field
• Knowledge of LEAN tools
• Ability to work under pressure, leadership skills, decisive approach
• Good problem solving skills
• Process-oriented vision, systems thinking, problem solving skills
• MS-Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
