Pricing Administrator

Position Description

Applied Medical is looking for a passionate Pricing Administrator to join our Pricing team onsite at our Rancho Santa Margarita location. As a Pricing Administrator, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Maintain appropriate contract pricing for hospitals and surgery centers in the SAP system
• Manage all contracts and customers within assigned Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) portfolio
• Respond quickly to pricing inquiries from customers and field representatives in a fast-paced environment
• Perform analytics to determine contract compliance and participation levels
• Assist with customer order process by ensuring all pricing issues are researched and resolved quickly within assigned GPO portfolio
• Generate monthly fee reports for GPOs and reconcile discrepancies
• Receive and process "Letters of Commitment" from customers and maintain electronic contract files for GPO members
• Troubleshoot and research customer affiliations and group changes to determine if members are eligible for contract pricing
• Generate contract templates for new price agreement requests
• Assist with other projects and tasks, as needed

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• More than two years of experience in operations, contracting, pricing administration, or a customer relations role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including ability to work with pivot tables
• Ability to prioritize daily work load in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Highly detailed with superb follow-up skills
• An enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to provide thorough and timely responses to a high volume of daily emails and phone calls
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills and the ability and willingness to meet deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with others and gain trust from team members in the ability to cooperate and collaborate
