Job Summary

The Pricing Administrator is responsible for assisting with the administration of thepricing programs for the business by loading pricing updates into SAP, answeringpricing questions for both internal and external customers, and ensuring pricing data ismaintained.

The Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring all internal and externaltraining materials are updated on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting internal external customers with pricing-related questions
  • Pricing catalog updates maintenance
  • SAP Pricing updates and maintenance for various pricing programs
  • Document internal pricing processes, policies, and guidelines
  • Verify customer eligibility for pricing, promotions, rebates and ensure compliance with policies regarding maintenance of pricing conditions.
  • Perform quarterly and annual risk compliance checklists that track compliance risk within the Pricing organization to meet Berkshire Hathaway requirements.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years' experience
  • Strong technical skills:Microsoft Office; data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik); data querying tools (Business Intelligence)
  • Experience with documenting process narratives and internal controls
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all levels of management.
  • Has broad knowledge and perspective and is future-oriented in overall thinking. Able to anticipate future consequences and trends accurately.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skilled at multi-tasking in a dynamic team environment
  • This position requires minimal travel on as needed basis
