This is a Hybrid work schedule position - 50% onsite-50% remote
How will you make an impact?
You will assist with the coordination and administration of accurate pricing on ~2000 customer contracts with sales of over $200 million using Thermo Fisher's complex pricing systems.
What you will do:
- Load customer pricing including item and product exceptions, PA defaults and all other daily pricing maintenance
- Using analytical skills to build accurate pricing for each unique price agreement while maintaining integrity of pricing hierarchy when modifying discounts to an existing agreement
- Load supplier rebates, convert supplier part number to Fisher part number, upload sell price and rebate term for specific item and customer, determine price agreement level to ensure accurate pricing
- Prepare and review price books and contract models
- Execute Non-GPO New Contract Implementation
- Conduct root cause analysis for daily and weekly audits including pricing accuracy and daily below costs
- Perform procedures to ensure data security, asset protection, and regulatory compliance
- Build strong partnerships with 50-100 sales representatives
- Perform pricing maintenance to be effective within 24 hours
- Respond to an average of 200 emails/phone calls per week

Education
High School Diploma
Experience
- 1+ year professional experience in an office setting
- Demonstrated abilities in delivering exceptional customer service
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, Word) Access & Cognos a plus; proficient data entry skills
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work within a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments (finance, sales, rebate accounting, product admin, etc.)
- Ability to resolve routine problems and identify root causes independently
- Ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts and company specific software programs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
