About the role

We’re looking for a Pricing Support Specialist to join our team in Gurugram, India! This role is essential in supporting our Client Services teams globally by managing and maintaining pricing structures for a major client. With over 2,000 price lists worldwide, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient client support and smooth operations.

Some daily responsibilities will include-

• Reviewing pricing requests and matching them to the appropriate type of support.
• Ensuring all necessary details are provided by the team before processing.
• Running pricing queries and identifying potential errors.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Maintaining and updating pricing data to ensure accuracy.
• Supporting the team by documenting cost and pricing structures.
• Identifying commercial opportunities where applicable.

About you

You’re organised and detail-oriented, with a practical approach to getting things done. You’re comfortable working on your own, but also know how to collaborate with others when needed. You focus on finding solutions and making sure things run smoothly. You’re used to juggling different tasks and can keep things on track even when things get busy.
