Pricing Analyst

BlueSnap is looking for a Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for competitive deal analysis, sales consultation, and system configuration for new and existing clients. This role is a critical resource to find, investigate and solve pricing issues as well as respond to ad hoc requests made by internal and external clients. This position will require working relationships with Sales, Finance, Underwriting, Risk, Accounting, and support. We require a problem solver, someone detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and someone who wants to learn how all parts of the BlueSnap ecosystem work together.
Responsibilities:

• Configuration of client fees and recurring internal audit of configured fees
• Field & respond to any pricing or configuration requests from our support and account management teams via our Zendesk ticketing tool
• Learn the pricing concepts of Card Brand Interchange & scheme fees for new client statement & margin analysis
• Testing of new product releases for pricing and payout issues
• Utilize our Business Intelligence software for research and analysis
• Contribute to other audit, accounting and financial tasks as required
• Provide backup to the Payouts Team to manage daily cash funding and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Superior Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated, resourceful, detail oriented & ability to multi-task
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; customer service skills
• Resourceful analytical skills
• Ability to work with all different areas of the company to bring an issue to resolution
• Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant discipline and 2+ years' financial analysis experience; or appropriate combination of education and experience
