What you will do
- Support CPQ pricing tool enhancements
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Drive competitive intelligence gathering efforts with the field. Research and Analysis on Markets, Products & Competition to help establish better Pricing Positions.
- Support additional pricing analyses and reporting activities as needed
- Execute material and labor price increases in the systems.
- Execute pricing excellence projects. Track price impact for Wave projects.
- Support the sales team with pricing analysis, reports and CPQ tool utilization.
How you will do it
- Work cross-functionally with outside sale reps, Sales leadership, Procurement, and others to understand customer decision-making criteria, product value, market conditions, and competitive dynamics to maximize share growth and margin expansion
- Facilitate the process to collect and define project requirements, leverage insights from multiple data sources, and understand customer relationship to optimize price on large opportunities in a timely manner
- Act as a business leader in defining and testing quoting tools that aid in price execution
- Identify and execute pricing excellence projects
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. ability to utilize pivot tables, vlookup, aggregate functions)
- Demonstrated track record of working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Ability to execute and improve established processes while handling multiple requests from others
- Working knowledge of CRM (SFDC preferred), CPQ (e.g. Selection Navigator, Oracle, Salesforce), and ERP systems
- Pricing and industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
