Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze pricing data and develop pricing strategies for our product portfolio
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities
• Assess pricing performance and provide suggestions for price adjustments to enhance revenue and market share.
• Develop and implement pricing models and tools to facilitate effective pricing decisions
• Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing to ensure our pricing remains competitive
• Provide pricing guidance and support to sales and marketing teams to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer behavior and purchasing trends to find ways to improve pricing strategies.
• Partner with finance teams to develop pricing forecasts and models that align with business objectives
• Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and effective strategies in pricing analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibilities, and deadlines. Can handle pressure with due professionalism maintained.
• High level of agility and team work spirit is required.
• Proven experience in pricing analytics and strategy development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong capacity to work autonomously and handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliverables.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and pricing optimization techniques is a plus
• Experience in the life sciences industry is highly desirable
