Pricing Analyst

This Pricing Analyst is responsible for performing various pricing, reporting and analysis functions within OneAmerica's Retirement Services Finance team. This role analyzes pricing and creates custom quotes for both prospective and existing recordkeeping clients along with reporting activities and documentation of procedures. The Analyst also serves as the primary back-up to the Actuarial Information Specialist for systems maintenance and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce custom priced proposals, as requested by the regional sales offices within established corporate profitability targets and departmental service levels.
• Work closely with the sales and service organizations as an ambassador for finance to internal customers, helping to improve understanding of pricing levers and to improve customer experience through pricing education.
• Collaborate with sales and service associates to generate creative solutions to win new and retain existing business, with the aim of achieving sales and retention volumes and improving overall profitability.
• Conduct analysis on new and historical pricing requests to assist Sales, Product, Relationship Management and RS leadership to better understand the marketplace, our pricing experience, and our competitiveness.
• Assist in the development of periodic and ad hoc reports for sales, finance, and senior management reporting.
• Work with the Pricing team to document current and new procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business field
• 1 -2 years of finance experience
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Forward thinking
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with internal contacts
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Salary Band: 04B

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
